We are looking to recruit a proactive, highly motivated Sales Executive based in Nepal. Reporting directly to the Nepal and the United Kingdom office.

The Travel Sales Associate is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of sales, marketing and customer service in tourism industry. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have a drive to succeed in sales, and a passion for a knowledge of the continents in which we operate. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sports Management, Hospitality Management or similar
  • Experience in Travel Trade/Agency Sales is preferable
  • Target Driven and Self Motivated
  • Excellent, Clear written and spoken communication skills
  • A natural and easy communicator (a people person)
  • Proven experience working autonomously
  • Previous experience working for a Tour Operator is Desirable
  • Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays

Job Description

The Travel Sales Associate is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of sales, marketing and customer service in tourism industry. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have a drive to succeed in sales, and a passion for a knowledge of the continents in which we operate. The Travel Sales Associate reports to the CEO (Based in Nepal) and works in our Nepal office.

  • Create, maintain and enhance relationships with travel agents, tour companies and B2B clients
  • Must co-ordinate with and provide active assistance to the sales and operations departments according to the need of the business.
  • Promote the company brand at trade events throughout our region of operation.
  • Represent the company at trade and consumer shows.
  • Develop and build relationships with and between B2C clients through various mediums including meet ups and online
  • Act as another point of contact for B2B and B2C clients.
  • Following a set of KPIs provided by the company in line with the role
  • Tracking and reporting on new relationships and business wins
  • Tracking and reporting spending in line with allotted budgets
  • Able to work as part of sales team answering calls and taking bookings
  • Able to work with operations department also where required
