Job Description

Responsible for: Sales and Marketing Manager

Primary Purpose:

  • To provide support to the sales and reservation team with the motive to drive the company forward by achieving sales targets


  • Provide administrative and customer support for assigned sales managers
  • Organizational skill is a critical element in this role as there is a large requirement to manage the administrative function for the sales team
  • Organizing sales calls for the sales team responsible for specific markets 
  • Follow up with clients post sales calls
  • Issuing of sales contracts and rates
  • Maintain client information and rates
  • Prepare quarterly and annual sales reports
  • General administration relating to the sales team
  • Handle Direct enquiries 
  • Support to individual members of the sales team when needed
  • Support the reservations team with resolving trade related queries on bookings
  • Go on sales calls when required\
