Job Description

Work Experience Area: Distribution Agents, FMCG, Paints, Preferred Auto Spare Parts / Lubricants

Internal

  • Stock Management, running items
  • Analysis of Monthly Sales & Collection data for DSR and explain to them
  • Basic training program for DSR/MSR to boost Sales and enhance motivation
  • Promotional activities should be aligned with Marketing Team
  • Analyses ageing report & explain to DSR for their sales/collection/outstanding status
  • Advise on system & infrastructure development to improve efficiency

External

  • SWOT Analysis
  • Support sales officers for collection & sales
  • Visit Retailers/IWS as per need to solve if any problems
  • Develop New Customers & Hand Over to DSR
  • Develop strategies for more effective sales both individually and as part of a team
  • Develop a sales scheme aligned with the marketing team
  • Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers
  • Advise on appropriate purchase, SKU options
  • Analyses competitors scheme, strategies and suggest counter strategy
  • Price mapping of Competitors
  • Plan & execute key activities in designated area aligned with marketing team
  • Explain clearly API credit policy & payment terms to channel partners
  • Monitor & analyses sales & collection target of DSR and MSR
  • Timely tally customers transaction account to inline the credit policy and help them understand tax benefits with the help of DSR
  • New sales developments area & fulfill gaps
  • Handle Sub-Distributor sales & collection strategy
