Job Description

  • Acts as a highest ranking employee in sales and marketing department
  • Develop and implement the product marketing and strategic plan
  • Manage Product Portfolio(existing NPD) of defined categories including sales, market growth, Profitability improvement and marketing mix implement  strategies
  • Recommend, develop and manage business case building activities , marketing strategies, tactics , and brand Partnerships
  • Analyze current business performance, trends and market conditions and execute recommendations for business optimization
  • Project Management and cross functional teamwork with quality , regulatory, product development, supply chain and manufacturing partners to support existing and new products
  • Understand how customers shop the category  and identify the most relevant touch points to best reach these consumers
  • Participate and lead cross-functional teams on execution of brand strategies including graphics, digital, supply, finance, sales and category management
  • Identify and communicate trends and consumer insights that lead to innovate ideas(commercial, digital, product and packaging)
  • Perform business analyses to strengthen the brand’s marketing and positioning
  • Track P&L of brand , products and categories and manage marketing budget including product pricing and medicare influence
  • Lead Digital Marketing specialist to develop digital strategy, marketing collateral, social media strategy and graphics
