The role reports to Executive Director.
Job Purpose / Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting and driving the overall strategic and tactical sales and marketing plan, ensuring annual operating deliverables.S/he will prepare Organisation’s annual Sales & Marketing budget and business plan, set marketing objectives, establish and lead core communication, and deliver resources to support go-to-market activities in order to meet customer needs, establish market leadership, drive innovation, and build a sustainable and scalable team.

Panosonic PABX, Projectors & Sound System & Life Style Products
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall sales & marketing of Company’s product and services
- Responsible for managing Dealer network
- Responsible for developing and maintaining of sales and marketing strategies
- Demonstrate technical sales and marketing skills and product knowledge
- Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers
- Analyzing potential partner relationships for Company products and services
- Compile and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports to Executive Director
- Oversee all marketing, advertising, sales and promotional activities
- Evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in any Business related field
- Engineering in Electrical and Electronics with MBA will be given preference
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant sales and business development experience focusing both on B2B and B2C sales
- Proven experience in sourcing for commercial business and ability to drive a commercial agenda
- An understanding of Electronic business is highly desirable
- A driving/riding license is a must
