  • Ability to execute complex tasks while addressing daily management details and focus on long-term deadlines, target and strategy

Job Description

  • Initiate and implement market identification and survey programs
  • Draft and develop sales and marketing strategies
  • Monitor and supervise sales team about the tenders and ensure active involvement of team in the tender process
  • Should take an update with sales team for any sales lead and plan accordingly to sale the biomedical product
  • Manage sub-distributor so as to achieve more sales and ensures payment settlement from sub-distributor
  • Should submit sales and marketing report to management on regular basis
  • Ensure that customer problem client’s complaints and queries are effectively resolved on time
  • Support the Service Employees to address client’s issues regarding the devices
  • Planning & budgeting of overall unit’s for entire fiscal year
  • Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products
  • Co-ordinate with other departments for smooth operation of sales functions
  • Take responsibility for departmental performance and plan accordingly
