Job Description

  • Drives the development and implementation of the sales and marketing strategy
  • Undertake research to identify opportunities and threats in the market place
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, implementing procedures and activities to compile client feedback
  • Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times
  • Responsible for soliciting new group sales accounts, and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals in sales & marketing, food & beverage, and guest rooms
  • Identifying and courting customers, selling the benefits and amenities of their hotel and following up with the customer are all actions that help close sales
  • Plan sales promotions, set sales goals and train staff
