The Sales and Marketing Associates will primarily be responsible for handling Nika Nepal’s social media handles and other online marketing channels as the case may be, attending to customers to increase sales and related services.
This position requires the employee to communicate with the enquiring customers, acknowledge their queries, and address their various requirements of information maintaining the utmost professionalism and courteousness.

- Ability to create marketing content for products.
- The demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously.
Responsibilities:
- Attend product training sessions provided by the management and have adequate knowledge and understanding of the products and services provided by Nika Nepal. This is not a one-time event and shall be conducted when new designs are released or on a need basis.
- Stay available on Nika Nepal’s social media handles and other online platforms, (as the case may be) throughout working hours.
- Attend customers’ inquiries at the nearest time possible so as to keep the communication buffer minimum.
- Provide any relevant information about our products and services as required by the client.
- Provide any other information about our products and services that the customer has failed to enquire on, but might be necessary to be conveyed to him/her in helping make the purchase decision.
- Upload content on different social media platforms on a daily basis and create content when necessary.
- Contact customers who have made a successful purchase and collect feedback.
- Provide daily reports to the Line Managers in the pre-devised format as provided by the management.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management. Other related duties are assigned as needed.
