This is a mid-level role to implement, administer and enforce all policies and procedures at NCHL. He/ She is responsible for identifying risks, internal control weaknesses, internal audit and proposing appropriate controls to the management. The position requires careful attention to detail for regulatory, legal and contractual requirements from NRB, GoN, members and others

• Conducts risk assessments including impact analysis and monitor various risks
  
• Administers programs to ensure compliance with NRB and GoN’s regulations/ laws
  
• Coordinates internal and external audits. Conducts compliance and self-assessments with necessary reporting and follow-ups of the review
  
• Plans and coordinates for review and implementation of DR & BCP
  
• Reviews and recommends changes in policies and procedures
