  • Good at sales data analysis, market insight 
  • Can work hard, strong sense of work responsibility and strong desire for success
  • Be efficient in English, both writing and speaking
  • High proficiency in MS-Excel

  • Driving product sales, lead sales team and  achieve sales target
  • Sales team target management, performance management, daily job management
  • Retail-shop management, shop expand plan, shop brand-image management, shop sales improvement, shop user-experience improvement
  • Retail Marketing management, sales promotion activities plan and execute, In-shop MKT (marketing)
  • New product Retail Go-to-Market management
  • Staff Training, build training academy
  • Maintain relationship with channel customer, establish an effective partnership with retailers, build retailer sales confidence
