Job Description

  • Oversee front of the house operations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction from  warm greetings through promoting excellent and prompt service to responding customer complaints tactfully and professionally 
  • Thorough knowledge about the Restaurant's Menu in order to promote special items and answer any questions or concerns that the guests may have
  • Maintain quality control and presentation for all food and beverages served
  • Analyze staff performance and motivate, train new employees and receive feedback to improve the customer’s experience
  • Monthly Inventory Management 
  • Report to the Restaurant Managing Director
