The Resident/Field Supervisor position requires sound judgment and communication skills, organizational abilities, advocacy skills, and overall business sense. As a Resident /Field Supervisor, the primary duty is to assist the Executive Director in the management and supervision of all active staff members working at the center and oversee all operational aspect of the resident program and ongoing field activities. This position may have to, from time to time, fill in a direct care shift or perform direct care work, but it continues to have management and supervision as its primary duty.
