Qualification:

• Completion of Bachelor in Hotel Management or equivalent degree
  

Experience:

• Minimum 3 -5 years of operational experience in managing a reputed 4-5 star Resort with Jungle Safari
  

Other Specification:

• The candidates must be passionate about wildlife & conservation & other skills related to game lodge management experience in India or Nepal who can provide efficient customer service to create a warm hospitality along with managing the team
• Position reports to the CEO of Annapurna Group of Hotels and manage day-to-day operations by leading, empowering and building on the strength of the management team
• The RM will focus on developing and producing the strategies to enhance the quality of the life in resort, fostering community, being attentive to safety and security of the resort and assisting with facility operations
