• To be located at the resort and ensure smooth functioning of the Resort by coordinating with all department heads
  
• Responsible for looking after administration and all other official works as administrative & operative head
  
• Must take overall charge of the property. Hence, good leadership quality and Maturity is must
  
• To report directly to directors on all issues
