Minimum Bachelor's Degree
Should have at least 5 years' experience in related field (at least 2 years in Assistant Manager Level)
Team player with Good Leadership Quality
Knowledge of entire Reservation Procedures
Excellent Communication, both written and verbal (English)
Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy
IDS knowledge is a plus

Develop the Reservations Team to ensure the constant delivery of excellent Guest and customer service
Manage the Reservations Department to meet and exceed budgeted targets
Monitor revenue variance, constantly, to identify areas of concern and build an approach to maximize revenue
Manage and communicate information regarding hotel occupancy, promotion, special reservation procedures, operational issues and special events
Manage the on property VIP clients with reservations
Forecast all project requirements on everyday basis and ensure achievement of all hotel reservation objectives
Manage all guest issues and ensure response to all queries
