• Must hold a bachelor’s degree
• Proven working experience in a similar post for at least 3 years
• Strong multitasking abilities and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Familiarity with the development sector
• Experience of organizing events and/or workshops
• Passionate about travel and tourism
• Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
• Ability to think critically, inquisitive and ask lots of well-thought-out questions
• Excellent typing skills
• Knowledge of internet and MS-Office
• Ability to work extra hours when required

Desirable

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, English Major or relevant field.
• Good understanding of different tourism offerings and options.
• A basic understanding of the importance of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
