Job Description

The research assistant is responsible to online research and find the targeted products. This involves lots of negotiation skills and communication skills. Research Assistants are responsible for things like:

Strong ability to find targeted products by online research.
Communicate with foreign clients via calls and emails and get the quotation as per the requirement
Capable to handle the international phone calls
Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
Maintaining files
Update and report the status and progress of the project
Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees
Make quotation and send to the client
Communicate with logistics and track the shipment
Able to handle pressure and work under the tight schedule
