Job Description

Goal:

The main objective is to reach out to the market and cultivate the partners, customers/users’ interest in our services in a way that strengthen our market penetration, brand values, continuous growth in win-win situation through our product: gogoCAB.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive sales & marketing strategies for scaling up the relation between users, riders in ride sharing business.
  • Implementation of business plans, campaigns and its related creatives in social media.
  • Acquisition plans for users, riders (Two wheelers & Four Wheelers both).
  • Organize and oversee advertising, communication campaigns through social media and our brand ambassadors, exhibitions and promotional events.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
  • Write copy for diverse marketing collaterals (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
  • Maintain relationships with media, partners and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
  • Sound knowledge in app and its eco-system from business prospects.
  • Implementation of CRM and it’s lifecycle.
  • Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them.
  • Identify key partners to cultivate profitable relationships.
  • Strategies to resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
  • Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the business development team.
  • Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes.
  • Aim to preserve customers and renew the relation.
  • Gain solid knowledge of competitors and their SWOT analysis.
