Corporate Position: Junior Officer 
Required Nos: 1 

Position Summary: 

The Relationship Manager will be responsible to build and preserve trusting relationships with the customers. The company will rely on the position holder to find ways to outperform  competitors and maintain company’s positive image. 

To succeed in this role, the position holder must be an excellent communicator, able to work  with Marketing and Operations teams and build rapport with customers. Company also expects the position holder to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving  skills. 

The position holder must maintain strong relationships with company’s clients to boost brand and profits in the long-run. 

This position reports directly to the personnel designated as his/her supervisor as the Company may determine from time to time. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

The Duties and Responsibilities of Relationship Manager include the following: 

  • Maintain deep knowledge of company’s products and services; 
  • Provide clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guiding their decision-making process;
  • Carry out Client Enrolment process and handover it to Operations Team after the  enrolment process is completed; 
  • Maintain direct contact with client and act as a "Client-care Officer"; 
  • Arrange and schedules meeting of office personnel with the Clients' as per the  requirement; 
  • Communicate (via phone call) with all the clients at least once a month to get their feedback on the services rendered by the Company and forward the complaints/queries asap to the concerned department to resolve the same; 
  • Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner; 
  • Ensure client satisfaction; 
  • Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts; 
  • Approach potential customers to establish relationships; 
  • Help promote and maintain a positive company image; 
  • Any other work assigned by senior officials; 

Education and Experiences 

  • MBA or equivalent. 
  • At least 1 year relevant work experience. 
  • Age not exceeding 40 years. 

Required Skills: 

  • Strong analytical skills. 
  • Intuitive to customer’s needs. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships. 
  • Client first attitude, professional demeanour, personal integrity and an understanding of fiduciary responsibility. 
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. 
  • Self-motivated, confident, detail-oriented. 
  • Ability to work well with others. 
  • Willingness to take on additional operational responsibilities as needed. 
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
