Biswas Nepal is non profit- non government organization which is dedicated for social justice was established on 2065.It advocates against injustice, exploitation and abuse faced by workers of entertainment sector ( Dance bar, Dohori & Cabin, Small hotel) and for their  minimum wages, basic rights and contracts. Simultaneously it works for the protection of children to withdraw them from CSEC (Commercial sexual Exploitation of children) in entertainment sector. 

The Hamro Samman project is a five-year program generously supported by the American people through the United States Agency for International Development and the British people through the United Kingdom’s Department For International Development and implemented by Winrock International. It seeks to build the capacity of and facilitate coordination among the GON, civil society, and private sector to combat human trafficking in Nepal.

Job Specification

Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than 3 years
Other Specification
  • At least bachelor degree in sociology/Social work or other related subject and having three years’ experience in reintegration and have in-depth knowledge in coordination 
  • Strong coordination capacity with both governmental and non-governmental agencies while in reintegration process
  • She/he has in depth knowledge on CSEC and AES, child right and other child purpose
  • Have sound knowledge in both written and speaking in English and Nepali and computer skill

Job Description

  • Support beneficiary for vocational training, business support, school enrollment 
  • Coordinate with family, local respective government officials and other necessary stakeholders in the process of reintegration of children 
  • Coordinate with other team members to withdraw child from CSEC 
  • Support of planning, reporting and documentation of project
