Job Details

The selected individual would be responsible for the following in their region:

• Market and Product strategy development and execution.
  
• Relationship Management with regional employees, partners, and stakeholders.
  
• Management, appraisal and recruitment of Area Managers and Sales Supervisors.
  
• Reporting of Market Dynamics & corresponding Data Analytics.
  

Required Skill-Set:

The selected individual is expected to be equipped with the following skills:

• 10 or more years in Sales & Marketing of FMCG products
  
• Leadership skills to lead the regional S&M field force
  
• Exemplary interpersonal communication skills
  
• Presence of mind to swiftly execute strategies in the market
  
• Knack to read market sentiments to devise efficient strategies
  

Salary, Remuneration, and Benefits:

• Remuneration: Rs. 75,000+/month package
  
• Salary: Rs. 40,000/month
  
• TADA & all other miscellaneous expenses: Rs. 35,000/month
