  • Must have 3 - 5 years of experience in the senior level from an electronic appliances’ distribution company looking after SDA/SHA product portfolio.
  • Must have an existing good network with the related domestic market.
  • Must have experience of directly managing a team ranging from 20 - 40 people or more.
  • Should be able to demonstrate how you have secured new business, led trading term negotiations and closed large deals.
  • Must be prepared to spend an extensive amount of time in the marketplace, with the sales teams and the clients, looking at ways to increase retail facing.
  • Warm personality with great energy and initiatives & a team player.


Job Description

  • RSM will be responsible for developing and managing the business of SDA/SHA (Small Electronics Domestic Appliances/ Small Electronics Home Appliances) within the Central region through development and implementation of annual sales plans for each region along with monitoring of the target fulfillment.
  • The manager will likewise be answerable for examining and teaming up with sellers and sub- vendors of the predefined region to expand the brand presence. 
  • The Manager must also identify the needs of the customers of assigned regions, identify new potential clients, initiate the negotiations and secure the trading agreements.
  • The ultimate focus will be on expanding the business through definite advancements. 
  • We expect the manager to have the exceptional leadership
  • skills who is capable of deciding product line-up for the target markets, demand fulfilment, product launches, forecasting demand & competition analysis.
  • RSM must also develop and maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders delivering strategic competitive advantage to the business.
  • Alongside, the manager must also ensure timely payment and follow-ups.
  • Developing the capacities of the SDA/SHA deals will be the essential obligation through effective training and predictable survey measures in the assigned role.
