Ltd. is a leading modern hard drinks blending and bottling unit with an annual turnover of more than 90 crores, manufacturing high grade Nepal made foreign liquors like Vodka, Whiskey, Gin, Pre-mixed drinks etc. One of the current products, “Virgin” whiskey, is the highest selling brand in its segment and the second highest in terms of total volume of any brands sold in the Nepalese market. And also Emperor (scotch malt whiskey ) is our new product which was recently launched in the market.

Job Description

  • Develops Sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the region
  • Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the region
  • Provide leadership so that staff are well motivated and engaged to stay and contribute effectively to the organisation
  • Managing business development activities entailing mapping of new market segment and developing them for attainment of periodical targets
  • Formulation and implementation of sale plan and sale strategy. Handling new products, Developing, Designing and evaluating various campaigns to achieve stipulated targets
  • Planning & Promotions ensure visibility/display of products
  • Understanding competition and analyzing it in designing marketing strategies ensuring effective receivable management by maintaining strict credit control policies
