Job Description

We are looking for some talented and enthusiastic professionals to join our team. We are looking for Recruitment Officer/HR Executive who are willing to prove himself/herself and creative at the same time.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting interviews of the screened & shortlisted candidates.
  • Sharing Company job profile with the candidate, while conducting interview in detail.
  • Taking consent from the candidate for the conveyed profile for face-to-face interview round with managers.
  • Taking feedback from Supervisor and Team Lead after the interview done.
  • Coordinating with the HR Team in offer generation and documentation.
  • Follow up with the candidate till joining.
  • Give feedback to job applicants on their applications.
  • Make arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies.
  • Make recommendations to company hiring managers.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and their implementation.
  • Evaluate which sources bring best candidates
  • Phone potential candidates as a screening criterion.
  • Selected candidates will be managing the Human Resources Department at Entegra Soruces
