  • Should be well versed with MS office package
  • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Manager
  • Bachelors and Masters in any field will be preferred
  • Track record in designing and executing successful recruitment programs
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports


Job Description

  • Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
  • Forecast and implements new market trends into the field of Ethical Recruitment
  • Project analysis and report is must, aftermath action plan to be shared by team
  • Responsible for the motivation of team and for transparent healthy work environment
  • Designs the selection matrix for choosing the Ethical recruitment channel and recruitment source.
  • Explores Prospect of potential new clients and turn into increased business
  • Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills
  • Using sound location mapping and Head hunting skills, recruitment manager should be held responsible to generate New Business Leads
  • To be able to maintain, Research and build relationship with new client’s
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals
  • Plan approaches and pitches. * Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives
  • Updated with thee market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
  • Present an image that mirrors that of the client
  • Identify opportunities for job Fair, Job campaigns, services that will lead to an increase in Ethical recruitment
  • Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
