Job Description

  • To oversee the administrative operations and to take charge of the department's day-to-day functions as well as supervising and supporting staff
  • To maintains human resource staff /applicants by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Maintains human resource staff/applicants  job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
  • To Manage daily operations
  • To improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission, Management Reporting, Maintaining information flow, business process management
  • To monitor and manage staffs, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties
  • To handle (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
  • To maintain personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and on boarding guidelines) and updating internal databases of the applicants
