Required Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor degree in any field with some experience in similar capacity.

Responsibilities:
Support Project Manager on Recruitment & Selection
Shortlist the applications received and maintained its proper documentation
Scheduled the interview date, time and venue and coordinate with shortlisted candidates
Assist the whole interview and maintained its proper documentation
On coordination with interviewer, preparing the list of selected candidates and informing the same to the selected candidates regarding their reporting and deployment.
Drafting the service agreement of candidates and distributing them.
Proper filing & recording of all the documents according to the process.
Preparing daily report on recruitment and submitting it to the Project Manager
