Job Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, providing a professional and welcoming experience at the front desk.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously, transferring to appropriate departments or individuals as necessary.
  • Manage the reception area, including maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, and organizing materials.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms, coordinating with staff to ensure availability and smooth logistics.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, distributing to the relevant recipients.
  • Maintain office records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall functioning of the organization.
