Job Description

  • Intermediate or more in any discipline
  • Having 2-3 Years Experience as a Receptionist
  • Applicant should Handle the queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
  • Receiving and dispatching deliveries of the correspondences
  • Proper handling of the calls
  • Ability to work with others in a positive and collaborative manner
  • Ability to work as a high performing and multi disciplinary team under tight deadlines and time tables
  • Sound knowledge of Agreements drafting, Letter drafting  (English & Nepali) & proper handling of Emails.
  • Language(s): Fluent in English and Nepali with Excellent written and oral communication skills is desirable
