Job Description

  • Attend the front desk of Digi Refrigeration in an excellent manner
  • Greet clients and visitors; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and assisting clients in finding their way around the office by providing excellent customer service
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes 
  • Answering phone calls in a professional manner, address complaints, company queries and routing calls as necessary; Maintain call logs and take messages and schedules appointments
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to internal staff
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior-level management of Digi Refrigeration
  • Read and sort the incoming reports and correspondence; make a preliminary assessment and organize the documents accordingly; maintaining inward and outward register of official documents and distribute them when required to the concern parties
  • Prepare memos, letters, and other important correspondences as & when required
  • Assist in general correspondence such as typing letters & documents as required
  • Arrange appointments of top-level management of Digi Refrigeration whenever necessary
  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
  • Operate office equipment, such as photocopier, printers, etc
  • Provide support to Admin/Accounts unit in an administrating role as required for record-keeping
  • Prepare quotations for vendors and prospective clients as directed by the Management
  • Follow up with staffs, vendors, customers, parties as and when required by the management
  • Perform other duties as assigned and delegated
