Job Description

  • Operate phone calls, scanner, printer, fax etc professional and in timely manner
  • Handle all the visitors with smile and guide them properly to appropriate individuals
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mails of the Office
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Assist the manager and academic counselor in day to day activities
  • Maintain register of resource persons
  • Support in day to day administration of the Office
  • Coordinate for procurement and services required for the institute
  • Listening to and handling complaints in a professional manner 
  • Greet all clients and visitors at the reception desk with warmth and professionalism
