Job Description

  • Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party
  • Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event calendars for the office staffs inn  timely manner
  • Make travel arrangements and schedule meetings 
  • Possibly handling event coordination, both internally and externally
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Prepare bills and take payments
  • Deal with complaints or problems
  • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook;
  • Inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals or cancellations
  • Enter customer data and send correspondence
  • Assisting the HR team with recruitment, on-boarding and termination process.
  • Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
