Receptionist - 1 Position

Purpose: The position holder will be responsible to manage the front desk by handling the telephone calls, visitors, mails and sponsor child gifts at Country Office.

Term and Location: Fixed term employment for 3 years based in Country Office, Lalitpur. 

Required Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Business Studies and equivalent
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience in a similar role
  • Experience of dealing and handling telephone call effectively
  • Ability to screen and filter calls/visitors and communicate effectively
  • INGO work experience preferred

Skills

  • Effective communication  
  • Professionally handling calls & visitors 
  • Good interpersonal and public relation skills 
  • Good time management skills and coping with work pressure and deadline 
  • Proficient in computer skills and use of relevant software and other applications 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing telephone calls ensuring clear and effective communication
  • Welcome visitors, screen their appointments and direct to concerned staff as advised
  • Receive mail and documents, forward (without opening the contents) to the concerned persons/department.
  • Ensure effective visitor management by monitoring and maintaining visitor log book
  • Recording of sponsorship items and dispatching to the respective field offices and keeping track record
