Job Description

  • Deal with queries from the public and customer in English and Nepali
  • Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls
  • Take and relay the message
  • Provide information to the caller
  • Greet persons entering the organization
  • Keep account details and Consulate visit record systematically
  • Keep records of all incoming and outgoing letters
