Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil engineering with at least 5 years of work experience in quantity surveying

Other Specification:

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office programs, AutoCAD and SWDTA land development shall be preferred for hydropower projects

Job Description:

• Responsible for carrying detailed quantity of different estimations of different structure/items as per drawing and rate analysis for assigned residential/commercial building
• Preparing the bill of Quantity of Real-estate and other construction projects including hydropower project's components and estimation of tentative material requirements for construction works
