TEN was established in the year 2012 AD, presently located in Tripureshwor-11, Kathmandu. We have Plant Engineering Design and Architecture Design Department for Japanese outsource cad works.Under well experienced Japanese leader, fresh graduate mechanicals are taking on job training for piping designs whereas under the command of 16 years experience in Japan and 2nd level of Japanese Architecture, Nepalese architects are designing outsource work. The other objective of TEN is to provide career planning to Nepalese fresh graduate engineers.

  • Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for measure and value the work done on site
  • Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers select and/or source construction materials
  • Write reports

Job Description

  • Taking out quantities from Drawings/ site.
  • To make assumptions (for structure sizes/ type) to take out quantities
  • BOQ Preparation in xls.
  • Knowledge of benchmark figures quantities/ rates/ amount/ ratios of major items in a Project
  • To check & correct the quantities/ rates/ amount based on benchmark figures
  • To cross-verify/audit/ certify and being able to correct the intentional/ unintentional mistakes (offsite and on site) in Measurement and Billing done by others (Subcon/ Client).
  • Rate Analysis
  • Estimation
  • To prepare proper RFQs  to obtain prices
  • Quote Comparison, Question/ Clarifications, negotiations and Preparation of Work orders
  • Contract & Condition of Contract
  • Knowledge of Item Specifications & IS Codes for works and measurements
