Job Description

  • Collects, collates, and analyzes quality standards of the customer as well as the Company and applies them in the project implementation
  • Works out a project quality assurance plan, breaks down the quality objectives for all teams, makes sure that the key actions are performed, communicates effectively with the customer in a timely manner and makes necessary improvements, and ensures the smooth delivery of the project
  • Makes sure that the PM checklist is fulfilled, assists in developing the quality documentation and specifications, prepares the quality training tutorials, and conducts quality training for the project members and subcontractors
  • Reviews the quality of the monitoring process and makes spot checks, handles and follows up the quality problems in a timely and effective way, pushes the sub-teams to make improvements, follows up the analysis report, and monitors the implementation of corrective and preventive measures
  • Collects subcontractors' on-site quality performance, delivers quality pressure to partners, and evaluates the quality of project outsourcers
  • Works with the project manager or the engineering manager on the operation and handover process and standard, assists the professional service project manager to carry out the operation handover according to the established process and standard, and follows up the outstanding issues in operation and hand-over till they are solved
  • Summarizes the quality management work of the project, promotes experience and pushes business forward
  • Arranges, monitors and appraises the work of quality engineers
  • Publicizes Project Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) and handles cases
