  • B.Sc / M.Sc / PG Diploma - Food Technology / B. Tech (Food Technology) / PG Diploma in Wine Technology / P.G. Diploma in Fermentation, Distillery & Wine Technology / Micro Biologist
  • 3 years or more of experience in Alcoholic Beverages industries in the wine industry is advantageous. 
  • The following subjects, in particular, are relevant food, nutrition and health, food safety and quality management, food science/technology
  • Must have knowledge & experience in Hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP), as well as Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Hygienic Practice (GHP)
  • Lab analysis of wine in different parameters
  • Able to manage & handle the organization with the ISO norms
  • Knowledge of implementation of various Quality and safety food standards for improving operations along with cost savings
  • Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation
  • Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out, and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary
  • Ensure QC and Processes are conforming the standards before bottling
  • Coordinating closely with Tank Hall, Labeling and Dispatch department to ensure QC and processes are conforming to set standards
  • Implementing strict measures in operating procedures

Job Description

  • We need a quality controller & chemist who can work in the food & beverages industries. Especially in wine
  • Should have worked for ISO certified industry as a quality controller, or quality assurance officer. 
  • Should have complete laboratory analysis knowledge
  • Must be able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and the ability to adhere to strict hygiene rules
  • Must have good organizational ability and time-management skills

Note: 3-5 Years Commitment is necessary

Residence: Preferably Bhaktapur – Banepa
