Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Execute manual and automated tests to identify issues and ensure the software meets quality standards.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand features and improvements and provide feedback.
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and work with developers to resolve defects.
• Participate in requirement reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software releases.
• Document and track software defects using a bug tracking system.
• Participate in code reviews to understand the implementation and provide constructive feedback.
• Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in quality assurance or software testing.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with both manual and automated testing.
• Proficiency in using test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins or Travis CI.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
