Job Description

  • To lead the entire product QC & Governance team, ensuring all products in our platform are following our content and QC guidelines
  • To regularly monitor and ensure that we have all mechanisms in place in order to control restricted items from going live on the platform
  • To build up as well as constantly ensure we have strong foundations in terms on QC guidelines
  • To be on top of QC SLA ensuring all products are validated within promised SLA
  • You need to be an excellent communicator to ensure all internal processes that are set are aligned to every related stakeholder in the company including our seller base
  • You need to be an innovator who is constantly using various new testing methodologies to maintain our product quality standard
  • To create and maintain a solid brand management framework in order to prevent misuse of unauthorized brands in the platform

Requirements

  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in management, engineering, project management or related field
  • Minimum three of work experience in leading e-commerce industry
  • Knowledge and experience in project management highly preferred
  • Must be comfortable with MS - Office tool, SQL, Excel and other statistical techniques is preferred
  • Should have an ability to think outside the box, build up processes and guidelines in order to build strong product governance foundation for the company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Should be able to defend and stick to our guidelines and also convince all stakeholders on adopting the framework
  • Great organization skills, strong multitasking ability, detail-oriented and flexible
