For our QA team we are looking for outstanding engineers to play a crucial role in assuring world class quality in the next generation SIEM solution. We are seeking new colleagues, who are inspired by complex and advanced technology, want to work in a team-oriented environment and is motivated to solve a broad range of challenges. A big part of this job is scaling our testing efforts working with automation and continous integration.

You will be part of the 80+ Engineering Team which consists of project managers, architects, QA and software engineers collaborating on the different components of the system, so we are actively seeking individuals who can work efficiently on their own, but also take an active role of something bigger and meet expectations from other teams and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritise, plan, and coordinate testing activities
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track system defects
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Perform software quality assurance, including black and white box testing, user acceptance testing, and maintenance regression testing
• Evaluate testing - and inspection plans for projects of varying technology, complexity, and size
• Develop, document and maintain manual/automated test scripts, test cases, test data, defect tracking and reports
• Review log files and other run-time documentation for defects and issues
• Analyze the results of software tests and provide results for use in development code inspections
