Job Specification

Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 2 years
Other Specification
  • Minimum graduate with 2 years of work experience in Ms-Office Packages, English typing (And Nepali typing too)
  • Having own vehicle and valid motorbike driving license
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Having knowledge of Erp/Navision/Tally is a must

Job Description

  • Doing daily accounting entries in accounting software
  • Maintaining the proper record of the Lc/Pb/Bb margin and refund of multiple brands
  • Dealing with all LC or import-related works and keeping track of it.
  • Coordinating with the store and respective brands and placing an order by prioritizing the requirement
  • Proper record keeping of all the import/local purchase-related issues
  • Visiting to store/vendor’s place to maintain the proper record of the stocks
  • Coordinating with the respective sales department/sales team for the procurement of the various local and import related goods
