Requirements:

• Master in Public Health
• Minimum 4 years experience in training and project management in community health
• Understanding of DRR 
• Excellent verbal communication/facilitation skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish working relations with target communities and project team
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make sound judgement and decisions
• Very good planning, coordination, monitoring and organizational skills
• Proactive, resourceful, solutions-oriented and results-oriented
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team leader
• Candidates from the project areas are preferred
