One of the biggest media houses of Nepal is looking forward to massive horizontal and vertical growth and hence recruiting province manager and correspondent to lead news, marketing, broadcast and distribution, and public relations in respective premises

Job Objectives:

To lead and provide guidance for the province and represent the group TV channels in that area. Therefore, connect the channel with the province and people of the province.

Job Responsibility:

• Recruit, train, evaluate performance, and build a strong network of correspondents in all provinces, districts, and metros.
• Recruit sales agents and activate sales and marketing initiatives and activities in the province.
• Set content news and stories target and meet them all in participative management fashion
• Forecast, establish and set sales and market targets, and attain them regularly.
• Manage the administrative and support functions for the operational excellence of the province.
• Check audio/video and set the right mechanism to ensure that group channels are accordingly standard on all TV screens, cable, and setup box providers of the province.
• Enhance image, collect feedback, and establish story connections with local stakeholders and the community.

Compensations: Up to 100,000.00 in words: up to one lakhs for deserving candidate
