Minimum Qualification & Experience:

• Proficiency Certificate level in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering with 3 years experience or Sub Overseer with 5 years of work experience in a similar role

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Sensitive on gender and social inclusion and politically impartial

Job Description:

• Under the direct supervision of Project Manager, the incumbent will have the following key responsibilities
• Project planning and coordinate action plan with PM and Program Director (PD) in Taplejung
• Supervise/Monitor overall School building Construction works
• Responsible for appointing task and supervising the performance of senior Mason and workers on site
• Training, coaching and regular supervision to senior Mason and motivate head teachers and SMC's as required
• Establish good coordination and collaboration with Head Teacher, SMCs, Rural Municipalities and the local community
