Job Description

  • Over All responsibilities of Project Sales of Nepal
  • Target setting and Target Oriented
  • Allocate target to the team and keep tracking on daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Tracking and timely reporting of competitor's activity and update management accordingly
  • Analyze and deliver accurate forecast and outlook
  • Follow up on the existing projects & the projects in pipeline
  • Follow up on the upcoming projects
  • Manage personnel and develop sales and sales support staff
  • Coordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results
  • Formulate all sales policies, practices and procedures as per the company policies & norms
  • Prioritize effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives
  • Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability
  • Prepare and send reports, inquiries, sales closing information to Reporting Head in timely basis
  • Maintain & reduce market outstanding / credit control
