Nepal Eye Program, Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology (TIO), a centre of excellence in comprehensive eye care service delivery including training; research; intraocular lens manufacturing facility; eye bank and community program is currently looking for qualified Nepali candidates to apply for the following positions on the time-bound basis for the period of 2 year which may renewable thereafter subject to satisfactory performance.

Project Officer will be responsible for maintaining high level coordination with external stakeholders as well as internal stakeholders of hospitals together with FHF and TIO Team, implementation and reporting of all planned activities and participate in capacity building activities, field visits and meetings with stakeholders and relevant partners. 
 
Qualification and Competency:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Health or Health Care Management 
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office software, internet explorer and e-mail) & fluency in Nepali & English language
  • Project planning, delivery, monitoring and reporting experience will be an asset
  • Excellent report writing and documentation skills  
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in related field
Accountability: 
  • The Project Officer is accountable to the MD of respective hospital and Project Manager of REC Project
Salary & Benefits: As per Project’s rules
