Salary and Fringe Benefits: Negotiable depending on the proven competency of the candidate

Academic Qualification:

Must have at Master's Degree in Civil Engineering

Work Experience and Eligibility Criteria:

Must have 10 years or more relevant working experience in Building Construction projects after Master's Degree
Shall have indepth knowledge on project management, project monitoring & evaluation techniques and corporate culture promoting qualities
Must have high level of analytical skills, capable of quickly sensing the interests of stakeholders and acting upon accordingly. Proficient in report writing in English
Shall be recognized from his/her past performances
Must have good communication skills
Shall be familiar with Auto Cad, Excel, Word and MS Project
Must have valid two-wheeler driving license
