Minimum 3 years’ experience in area mobile money agent solutions, mobile operator VAS services
2 years of working experience in Project Management mobile wallet related projects
Previous experience with projects planning and implementation is an advantage
Well-developed organizational and work efficiency skills
Detail oriented/highly accurate
Excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills
Confident individual with outstanding interpersonal skills and an outgoing extroverted personality
Motivated, dedicated and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
Responsible, hard-working, able to meet deadlines
Curious and passionate about new web and mobile technologies

Plan, analyze and track the project effectively under the larger wallet business
Business development that includes striking partnership with community institutions/ cooperatives, product design, agent on-boarding and training, monitoring and handholding
Strong ability to communicate and function effectively in local/international/ multicultural environment
To take the ownership of the project and coordinating &integration processes between PayPoint Nepal and other third parties
Presentation of company in front of partners on technical related issues
Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
Achieving project targets
