Requirements:

Proven working experience as a project Management preferably in Hospitality sector.
Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as Auto CAD
Advanced MS Office skills
Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
Project management and supervision skills
Decision making ability and leadership skills
Time management and organization skills
Civil/ MEP degree in Engineering or relevant field
Minimum Experience for Project Manager Position is 7 years.
Reference from previous employers either in writing or providing Names with contact details is a must

We are looking for an accountable Project Mangers to be responsible for:

Overall engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve such as:

Work Schedule
Planning
Forecasting
Manage available site Resources & Budgeted costs
All the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy, quality from conception to completion
Routine monitoring of planned activities
In time submission of all Daily/ Weekly Monthly and Quarterly, Safety observations and Labor Reports or any such reports required from time to time
Conflict Management
Ensuring Site Safety

Responsibilities

Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
Assign responsibilities and mentor project assigned project team under him.
Cooperate and communicate effectively with other consultants’ or Contractors project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
